Description and scope

About this harness

This profile represents one exact product surface—not every product from OpenWork.

OpenWork Desktop is the publisher’s first-party Desktop agent harness. It runs an OpenCode-backed host locally, can connect to remote OpenWork workers, and exposes documented flows for skills, MCP servers, native OpenCode plugins, permission decisions, and a built-in browser.

The catalog treats it as a full comparison surface rather than a name-only placeholder.

Support cells for this surface are published only when a dated note cites reviewable public evidence. Platform, subscription, remote-worker, and companion-extension conditions stay attached to the relevant cells; every other cell remains unknown.
